Can I purchase additional individual accounts?
Yes! Additional seats for both Small Firm and Mid-Size Firm subscriptions can be upgraded with additional client access for $20 per client per month.
Can I upgrade or cancel my subscription?
Of course. You can access your subscription at any time in your account. From there you can upgrade to a higher plan and get a prorated discount, downgrade to a cheaper plan, or cancel at any point.

What do you mean "virtually" unlimited?
The subscription management platform we use doesn't allow for unlimited client seats. We give you 500 active clients and will proactively remove client accounts after they haven't logged in for six months. If they need access again, just send them a new link.
